Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. For an international enquiry, email fedorajewels@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Cost

Shipping is free and insured on every order within India.

Timelines

• Ready pieces: dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment.
• Custom commissions: made in 4–6 weeks from design sign-off, then dispatched once the balance is paid.
• Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

On delivery

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If it looks tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us straight away.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your address and phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, re-shipping may be charged.
