How it works
From idea
to heirloom.
The conversation
Tell us what the piece is for, roughly what you'd like to spend, and anything about the person who'll wear it. Photographs of jewellery they love help more than any description. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
The design
We come back with honest options at your budget: sketches or references, and a clear quote.
Sign-off
Once you approve the design and quote, a 50% advance confirms your commission and we begin sourcing your stones.
The making
Your piece is made and set by hand in our own workshop. We share its progress along the way.
Delivery
When it's ready, we send you photographs. Once the balance is paid, it ships free and insured anywhere in India.

From sign-off to finished piece
For something needed by a particular date, start the conversation two to three months ahead.
Advance, then balance
50% at design sign-off, the balance before dispatch. Shipping is free and insured across India.
Approved, then made
The advance is non-refundable once your design is approved, as sourcing begins straight away.
Changes
Changes after sign-off may affect price and timeline. We always confirm first.
Natural stones
Every stone varies slightly. We show you yours before it is set.
Our promise
If your piece has a manufacturing fault, we fix it free of charge.

Is there a minimum budget?
No. A thoughtful small piece is as welcome as a large one.
Can I use my own stone?
Yes. We'll look at it first and tell you honestly how it will set.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Most commissions begin with an idea and a few photographs.
Can I see it before it's finished?
Yes. You approve the design first, and we share progress as your piece is made.
Can I redesign an old piece?
Often, yes. Inherited stones in dated settings are one of our favourite starting points.
